Melissa Anderson was born in Kentucky, the oldest of five children. Living in a very poor Eastern Kentucky family, she loved books. She began writing at an early age but never had the desire to publish a book. Her research has been extensive, reading everything and exploring religions. At age eight, she discovered she was very different from the rest. Being from Eastern Kentucky, the heart of the Bible Belt meant that if she did not believe in either the Baptist, Pentecostal, or Christian sects philosophy then she would be an outcast. In life she traveled many paths in exploring who she really was in her soul.
She attended Morehead State University and there is where she attributes her best days. Being around people of knowledge and diversity made her life change and excel.
By mid-twenties she begun to develop what she thought was her own belief system as her creator intended, as well as businesses across the United States. While traveling across the country, she discovered that her beliefs were the same or similar to others. Always being a person of controversy, she decided that if she could not live a normal life in the shadows as her ancestors had done, then she would blaze forth and become a forerunner in life. She married and divorced twice, knowing that the human psyche would never allow one person to be tied happily to another for life.
Over the years Melissa has been honored many times with mention in Who's Who of American Woman, Who's Who of Industry and Finance, 2000 Most Influential Woman of 2000,
Who's Who of Intellectuals as well as Nominated for an International Peace Prize.
She holds a degree is Psychology as well as certifications in business and excells in many various areas. Her philosophy is, " If you need to know something, learn it for yourself." Founder of Spellcraft Candles, Treasure Vault as well as past businesses Dimensions Unlimited, Golden link Publications, Community Insider, Excaliber Services, and many others.
After traveling and exploring many religious paths she discovered that many people do not really know their religious affiliations. Over the years she observed the nature of people and studied the past histories of religions.
Her first book is entitled Diary of Ancient Rites. A Book of information on ritual practice, herbs, stones, colors, and more. This book is a general book on Spiritual growth, Not a
book to bash and call others wrong, merely one that can enhance your belief system.
She has always been a Spiritualist following the path of Creation and having a very distinctive background in occult lore, being a mythical creature herself, She has plans for 6 more in this series.
